📜 Terms & Conditions (Conditional Policy Agreement)

Welcome to District Influencers. By accessing our community services, engaging in our programs, or seeking aid, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope and Nature of Community Services
District Influencers is a community initiative focused on goodwill and support. Our primary mission is to serve the elderly, less fortunate, and disenfranchised in the community.
Services Provided: We offer voluntary, goodwill-based support, which may include emergency assistance, resource connection, general non-medical aid, and companionship.
Voluntary Basis: These services are provided "as-is" and are completely voluntary. They do not constitute a contractual obligation for guaranteed emergency response, professional service, or guaranteed aid. Our capacity to serve depends entirely on available volunteer resources and funding.
2. No Guarantee of Aid or Response
While we strive to assist all members of the community in need, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of every request for emergency service or aid.
Timeliness: Due to the voluntary nature of our work, response times may vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for assistance.
Limitation: We are not a substitute for professional emergency services (e.g., 911, fire, medical, or police) and should not be relied upon as such.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when seeking community aid or registering for our programs. Misrepresentation of your situation or needs may affect our ability to assist you.
4. Third-Party Organizations
We often refer individuals to, or partner with, other Third-Party Organizations (e.g., non-profits, civic groups, food banks) to help meet community needs.
Any engagement or agreement you enter with these external organizations is independent of District Influencers and is subject to the third party's own terms and conditions. We are not a party to those agreements.
5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments for support, check-ins, or program enrollment can be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled with appropriate notice. District Influencers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment based on volunteer availability, community emergencies, or unforeseen changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
District Influencers and its volunteers, staff, and affiliates are not liable for:
Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to the provision of our voluntary community or emergency services.
The outcomes or decisions made by Third-Party Organizations we refer you to.
Any damages resulting from your reliance on general information provided by us.
7. Policy Updates
These terms and conditions may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. Your continued engagement with our programs and use of our services after an update constitutes your unconditional agreement to the revised terms.
